Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept pieces for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at mrsb@mrsbjewellery.com.au if you wish to return or exchange a piece.
Please note:
Jewels must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging
All sale and discontinued pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email as to whether your refund is approved. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for your returned piece. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Care Details
Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Sterling Silver both tarnish when exposed to chlorine, humidity, salty air, cleaning chemicals, perspiration, make up and perfume. We recommend that you store your Mrs B pieces in a plastic ziplock bag when not wearing them. This will prevent your jewels from tarnishing.
Please note that your plated pieces are not recommended to be worn in water, as this will reduce your jewellery’s longevitiy and will not be covered under warranty. Care should be taken to keep lotions and fragrances from coming into contact with plated jewellery pieces as to avoid tarnishing.
With fine chains, store them with the clasp done up with a small piece of the chain zipped out of the ziplock bag to prevent tangling, tarnishing and damage. Please be aware that delicate chains can break if pulled or snagged with force, this will not be covered under warranty, as this is considered general wear and tear. Please do not bathe or sleep in fine chains. Handle with love.
If damage has occurred to your Mrs B Jewellery piece due to personal wear and tear, mishandling or not caring for your piece it will not be covered under warranty.
